Contact Form (contact.html)

The contact form collects the following data fields:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Firm name
  • Industry
  • Approximate annual revenue range
  • Primary service interest
  • Free-text message

Login Form (login.html)

The login form processes email/username and password for client portal authentication. No additional data is collected at login.

Transmission & Storage

  • All form data is transmitted via encrypted HTTPS connection.
  • Data is stored on servers located in Canada.
  • Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months unless you request earlier deletion.

We do not sell, rent, or share form data with third parties. Data is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to manage your advisory engagement.

Analytics

  • We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled.
  • Analytics data is used to measure site traffic, identify popular content, and improve site usability. No personally identifiable information is linked to analytics data.
  • Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

Your Rights

  • Access, correction, and deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected].

  • Response timeline. We will respond to all data requests within 30 business days.
